How Do I Pray- Examination

This week we will be experiencing the Examen of St. Ignatius of Loyola.  The Examen is a prayerful method of taking stock of the past day.  It helps to find the presence of the God in the days events and search for God’s direction.  St. Ignatius believed that using the Examen everyday would increase our sense of God’s presence.  Generations of Christians have found deep significance in the Examen and it has much to offer us today.
