How do I pray- Praying the Scriptures

God called us to be engaged in the Scripture.  Not just reading the words, but meditating on them and bringing them into our lives.  This week we will focus on ways to bring Scripture into our prayer lives, not just our reading lives.  The two methods we will focus on are Lectio Divina and praying the Psalms.  These ancient tools have helped generations of Christians all around the world and can be a great addition to our prayer lives today.
